I really like the quietness of the printing. The pictures are all so clear and print super fast. Very simple to operate and when I set it up the first time it was easy to do that. I like the display showing Photo, Apps, and Copy. The printer connected to my Wireless network very fast and I loved the ease of that. Very correct estimated ink levels and the cartridges are so easy to install. I do a lot of printing of pictures and reports so I am totally happy with my new 5520 all in one printer.

what a mistake i made

made a mistake buying HP, very poor idea on my part. The store that it was purchased from did not even care that the product was not working after only 32 days. BAAH

I love how easy this was to set up. I just turned it on and it found my network in less than a minute. I was able to start printing within a couple of minutes of unboxing this printer.

Its handy being able to print from my Iphone, and if you chose to give family the printer email address, they can also send stuff to your computer to print (nice for out of state family). I'm enjoying a couple of unexpected perks. From the touchscreen, you can print blank forms for things like music paper, graph paper, lined, games, etc.

Overall, a great printer for the price.

I am a novice user and have never set up a printer before. This printer was very easy to set up. Instructions were easy to follow and understand. I used the wireless connection and had no difficulty installing it on various devices. The quality of the print is excellent, and speed to print is not super fast, but is adequate for a casual user.

This is a great printer. It prints both text documents and photos fast, is quiet when it prints, and the two-sided photocopy feature is fast and fun to use. It uses separate color cartridges, which I like, because it keeps down the cost of each replacement cartridge. The color photos are sharp and the color is true to life. The wireless printing feature is fantastic; I no longer need to move my laptop and plug it into the printer. I also really like the forms and apps that are included right on the printer.
