I returned this product after jamming constantly. It is the worst HP Product I have ever used and will no longer purchase HP again. This is my fourthHP copier in about 3 years and franky they were all pretty awful products. Dreadful.

Poor design for two sided copying. Must be done manually. Which was not how it was explained when I purchased it.

2-sided printing, single copies, works well. After releasing one side, it then "sucks" the page back inside and prints the reverse side.

The failure when printing 4 copies occured when the pages were printing both sides. It took a long time to get it right. Was this a 1-time fluke, or a systematic problem?

Photo prints are very good; this is important to me.

The scanner makes good images but does not scan transparencies. I had to save my old scanner for that.

The FAX works very easily once you set it up. This model does not do e-FAX.

I like this printer as uses less ink, smaller footprint, larger paper tray, eprint, and wireless. I also like the usb and sd connections on front, but had to add a cable to the pc for it to be seen. Wireless did not work for this part, but okay with cable as can still use wireless for connections with other computers.

I do not like the sleep mode as have to hit printer button to makeup and use. Still trying to figure out way to figure stop sleep as a pain. Can set max to 15 minutes, but not enough time.

The scan is important, but still looking for way to set directory to save files.

Recommend you print out a downloaded operations manual. As the newer models have more options you will need to look up things when you used ti just install, attach, and print.

The setup was easy, but did have some confusion on the wireless connection. Important you know your network name. I use this to print from a tablet, cellphone, laptop, and my desktop. HP has made that easy.

Besides being pleased with my purchase, it was reassuring to read that Consumer Reports rated the HP Photosmart 7520 as its highest scoring all-in-one printer in its March 2013 issue.
