One draw back is one must use HP Snapfish product when one scans a document/picture, especially if one desires to e-mail picture or document to friends/family. I would prefer to set it to scan to my document folder. I do not like the idea of after 24 scans I have to make a purchase or within one year I need to buy through Snapfish in order to keep my membership.
