BUY THIS PRINTER VS Most Liked Negative Review Not so fast! There are some things about this printer you might not expect. First, it is only a wireless printer and can't be hardwired with an ethernet cable. (In fairness it does say wireless on ...Read complete review There are some things about this printer you might not expect. First, it is only a wireless printer and can't be hardwired with an ethernet cable. (In fairness it does say wireless on the box) It is not a typical fax. It can't be connected to a phone line. It does it over the internet with eFax and you can't use your own fax number. So if you have been receiving faxes from other people, better make sure they get the new number (and you change it on your business cards). The Zeen tablet works but it is not up to the standards of other tablets. It is thicker than most, does not have as good screen resolution as most, and is sluggish in response. Although it runs the Android os, it can't download all the android apps. It can't even get all the apps on the HP site. They are not all compatable with the Zeen (HP says yet). Sending photos through ePrint works but first you have to figure out how to set it up and get the printer's email address (again not your own email address and not an easy one for your friends to remember). Then you find out ePrint only works on 4x6 photo paper. There have also been some user problems with the ePrint site connection. It is also very partcular about how it will accept photos for ePrint. It does not work with all email programs and you can't just select a photo from you iPhone and tell it to send it to your printer. The photo has to be sent as an attachment and iPhones don't do it that way. Again with poor documentation you'll find this out the hard way or go to Hp's ePrint site and read what applications its been tested with. It's an okay printer but, if you think you are getting a typical all-in-one printer with an ipad thrown in you're in for a surprise. This was on the day it arrived. I took a digital photo and attached it to my email reply. I was told to fax/or scan a copy. DUH! If I could scan or fax, I wouldn't need customer support from HP. I received no more assistance and returned the printer to Staples for a full refund. I really wanted to like this printer but it was too frustrating trying to set it up.

Comments about HP Photosmart eStation All-in-One Printer: When I asked for a work horse printer, this printer was recommended to me by a sales staff person (not at Staples.) It is NOT a work horse. From set-up to printing it has been one problem after another. It doesn't come with documentation, you have to go online...a lot that helps you when you have to print it...and you can't because the printer doesn't work. The paper feed constantly jams. Ink cartridge does not last long. I've had much better experience with my 4-year old Canon MX850, zero problems with it. If a sales person recommends this, run in the opposite direction.

Comments about HP Photosmart eStation All-in-One Printer: I purchased this printer about a year ago for my home-based business and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I can print anything from graphics, pictures to letters and everything in between. I love the wireless capability that allows me to print from my phone, as well as to fax. Due to the amount of printing that I do, I am constantly using ink. This printer uses five cartridges but the ink is much cheaper than some that I've used in the past for other printers. I love the Zeen that comes with this printer and would highly recommend it for anyone who operates a business from home, or who does a lot of printing, perhaps for scrapbooking, etc.

I love that I can "text message" pictures to the machine and so can my family, and they print immediately. I also had trouble getting the fax to work correctly on my other machine. This one does not even have to be hooked up to a phone line. It works great. Set up took a while, but with the help of HP Tech Support, they walked me through the parts I could not get to work on my own. I got a great deal on this machine through "sales" and Staples coupons and rewards and $50 trade in, but would be happy even if I had to pay full price. I love that I can take the screen off and use it as a tablet. Wonderful added feature. I would have given this a 5 if the paper didn't fall to the floor when it prints.
