The refrigerator died in less than a month. Haier sent me the forms to fill out and requested they be sent to them by certified mail along with the tags off the back of the refrigerator. They signed for it on 2/14/13. On March 9th I still had not heard from them and sent them an email requesting a status. They replied that the refrigerator was out of stock and would it be ok to replace it with a different model number. I replied on 3/9/13 that as long as it was comparable it would be fine, just please get it on the way. Still haven't gotten anything from them as of today so I called them. They still have not shipped it out. They did not note the reply in their system. They will now ship one out in the next 7 to 10 days and it will be another 2 days after that before they can track it. It has been over 30 days since they were first contacted and appears it will be at least 60 days before we ever receive a replacement.

The office I work at needed a mini fridge to store waters in for guests so we got this one. Basic, efficient, and gets the job done. It does a fantastic job keeping things cool... to the point where if you don't have the setting high enough, it will begin to freeze things below the built-in mini freezer; so beware. Other than that, it works great.
