paper good; box was ripped

i like the product but the last two times we received cases, the boxes were ripped and some of the paper was messed and unusable.

This paper has always come through. It never jams. It's a very high quality brightness. Output is superb. The price seems to have doubled, though, in the last few years. I used a $25 Staples coupon to bring it more into range.

I've tried many other brands and weights, but for both professional writing, submitting reports and just plain good copy, the 24 lb Laser Print is the absolute best. I use it exclusively and have done so for over 15 years.
