I use the monitor for home use. It is just for email, shopping etc.
The picture is good and certainly large enough. The quality of the sound is very poor. I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first widescreen monitor, this Hanns-G replaces a 5 year-old 17-inch NEC monitor that has a very good picture. 22 inch is handy because I can have an internet page or a document open and still see my instant message window beside it. Picture quality and color are both quite good. Right out of the box, the picture is far too bright so we turned down the contrast and brightness controls to achieve a better result.
