I really don't know if the XL cartridge has really has 2.5 times the yield of a regular cartridge (for about 2.3 times the price), but because of where I keep my printer, I am happy not having to replace the cartridge as often. Never had any problem with any HP or store label refilled ink cartridges.

I couldn't get the F380 to load the 21XL cartridge. It looked like the exact size and electronic configuration as the 21 Black. Need to return opened ink cartridge. Really disappointed - was hoping for a longer lasting cartridge!!
