    Very adequate low-end file cabinet.

    Bought pair as pedestals to make a desk with a piece of butcher block I had. Shallow top drawer for pencils, stapler, etc, makes these ideal for that purpose.

    Needed something to organize some things that I wanted out of boxes. Quality a bit less than 'sturdy' - I wouldn't use it for everyday filing needs. The lockable drawer is handy - but if someone really wanted to get past the locking feature it wouldn't take much more than a screwdriver. But . . . it DID fit the need for me.

    We needed a two drawer file, the top drawer is a real bonus for pencils rulers ext. This makes it fit our needs well. I think it would be better if it was made of heavier metal. Of coarse that would make it cost more, probably worth it.
