    How do I change the height of this product. We have one and I cannot figure out how to lower it to the next notch. Please help.

      Online instructions are unavailable. I believe this to be similar to wire rack shelving. The horizontal rod end has a tapered plastic sleeve that fits in the notches on the vertical rod. Unload the closet rod. Firmly holding the vertical rod, push up on the horizontal rod to loosen. Do this to each side. Make sure the plastic sleeve is in the notch you want, then pull the horizontal rod down to tighten in its new position.
