When I first got the back cushion it was really thick and almost uncomfortable. It quickly got thinner with use and is now too thin and not much help to my back. It would have been good if it came with more padding to insert after using it for a while.

Cons:
Elastic band slides down, Position in place often, You have to reposition
Best Uses:
Board Meetings, Informal Use, Training

You must reposition because elastic slips out of place. Otherwise, this is a great product, very comfortable with good support.
