    This conforms to your wrist and is breathable so you do not end up with a sweaty wrist. It is movable to adjust to your arm wrist length and is better than the ones that attach to the mouse pad. More comfortable than the gel ones. It also works as a stress ball because you can squeeze it. I would buy it for everyone in the office if i could.

    This works OK for me, though it does have a tendency to slide off the desk. When I use it, it does make my wrist and hand feel better. But it's a weird shape and size for my hubby so he tosses it aside... and then the twins get it and chew on it...

    Basically, I like it but hubby doesn't. I am fairly average I think, but kind of on the lean/petite side, and he is a big guy, former football player. Maybe that's why.

          I usually use gel wrist rest, The cushion can get little flat, but bunches back up when squeeze it together. It seems to flatten if put too much wrist weight. So I lighten my wrist, yet still functional for me. I like the cushion's size-takes up less space and I can move it from mouse but mainly with my calculators.

                  My wrist and forearm were hurting from all the "mousing" I have to do. At home I have one of those gel pads and it works very well. I saw this at Staples so I figured I would try it out.
                  IT WORKS REALLY WELL!!! The pain I used to have in my forearm has disappeared. If you work on a computer frequently, I encourage you to buy one of these, or a similar product to help prevent carpal tunnel syndrome.
