      Yes, any TurboCAD file will work with the Deluxe 2D/3D Version.

      If by TurboCAD 2010 you mean TurboCAD 16 from 2010, then TurboCAD 17 replaces TurboCAD 16. This is compatible with AutoCAD, Sketch Up and other computer aided design programs.
