Ordered because it was described that it offered everything I needed. If anything had a gloss, like a picture, it slid (slides). The size guarantee is not accurate. If there a thing on the paper (old staple holes) it gets stuck, not able to easily select size for whatever you are scanning, and paperwork if not very informative/helpful! Very disappointing for the money I forked out! P.S. Still waiting on my [$] credit!
