IRIScan Book 2 Executive is a portable scanner that allows you to scan books and magazines anytime, anywhere and without ripping pages off. Simply roll your way across the document, and your scan will be saved automatically on the included MicroSD card and ready to be shared via Bluetooth with your smartphone, tablet PC, laptop or PC. The device completes the I.R.I.S. mobile scanner family, and comes with the cutting-edge OCR software Readiris Pro 12 compatible with both PC and Mac.

    Comments about IRIS IRIScan Book 2 Executive Portable Scanner:

    We purchased the IRIScan Book 2 Executive for use in scanning hundreds of court documents and it has performed admirably. We had no previous experience with this type of device and not much time to practice using it in advance. Nevertheless, we were able to install the software and get quality scans very quickly. Using the built-in Bluetooth to transfer scans to our Macbook Pro greatly simplifies the process, but images can also be transferred via USB cable and the card that comes with the unit.

        IRIS IRIScan Book 2 Executive Portable Scanner has been known to have issues when scanning paper with any kind of shine, such as a photo or magazine type document. If your document has a shine try rubbing it with a soft tissue before scanning.
