Because I have a lot of DVDs, I ended up ordering nine of these (some to use now, some to save for the future). Anyways, though they, for the most part, look nice, they're all wonky. I had to return four of them because they didn't snap together; the little buttons weren't aligned so snapping one together would cause another to snap apart. As for the five that I kept, each one is ridiculously flawed... though usable. However, for the price, I guess it's acceptable.
My biggest annoyance with this product, though, is that the lids are all too big for the boxes - by about half an inch, at least.

I use this Disc storage to manage some large collections of CD and DVD media that I've accumulated as back-ups and off-line storage of digital photos, audio, video, source code, e-mail, and database information. For this purpose, I use individual disc envelopes. I have 8 of these so far, and they stack nicely on the shelf. They're low enough cost that I'm able to segregate my discs by what's on them.
Another good use for these is for the traveling performers (such as a singer/songwriter, small band, vocal group, etc.) who sells CDs at performances. Most CD cases fit nicely into these boxes, and when a box is empty, it's very easy to undo the snaps and store the empty boxes in a suitcase or the trunk of the car.
There is a DVD case sized version of this product, which I also have a few of, and I find these most useful for storing my series DVD box sets and other DVDs that I don't watch as frequently or simply lack the shelf space for near my entertainment center. I have also used one of the DVD storage units in the car on trips to store the videos for the children to watch; it beats having the boxes all over the floor of the car.
My only complaint about these storage boxes is that they don't appear to come in any color other than black; a few more colors would make it easier to spot which box to extract from the pile when not enough information fits legibly on the little card that can be inserted into the holder on the end.

Good for storing CD/DVD sleeves. We have a lot of burned CD/DVD's that we wanted organized storage for and this has worked out great, with room left over for future additions. The only CON we have is that we also bought the ABC dividers to alphabetize them and they are taller than the CD/DVD sleeves, which leave the box top kind of just sitting on the top of them instead of touching box to box top. This is something we can deal with, if it becomes annoying we can always trim the dividers a bit.
