I purchased item from the Staples store and when I got it home there was no remote in the box!!! I went back to the store and was told it was no longer available but to my surprise it's available on line. Highly disappointed in the Customer Service in trying to replace the missing remote. Otherwise it's a good purchase. Now I have to figure out how to order the remote, any suggestions?

    Streaming movies and videos is easy enough to use on the Innovative Technology Dock. The biggest problem I see is that the otterbox case that I have for my iphone does not fit in the dock. I would have to take it out of the case, dock it for the movie or video, etc then reapply the case when ready to go. I am sure removing the case from the iphone each time is not good for the case. It would also be nice if it came with a longer cord to hook to the TV or if it were wireless. I do like the fact that it charges your iphone or ipad as it sits in the dock. I would recommend this to a friend if they had an easy case to get in and out of.

      I have the unit all set up & can watch movies from iTunes - I use both my iPod & iPad & so far I love it. However, I can not get it to display on-line or other media on the TV screen. What am I missing? Thanks for any assistance.

        This has the 30 pin connectors on it for the iPad / iPhone / iPod docking ports so without an adapter it is unlikely to work out of the box for you.
