Comments about Iomega® iConnect Wireless Data Station:

I bought this to be a print server as well as sharing data sources. I saw nothing BEFORE reading the user guide (available AFTER puchase) that said it may not work with all-in-one printers. It did not. I set one up for a friend and it worked great for his all-in-one printer, go figure.

Comments about Iomega® iConnect Wireless Data Station:

Couldn't believe that a [$]piece of equipment could work so well and solve all my problems so well. I was looking for a way to use network wired and wireless to back up my several computers. I have a 2TB 1TB and 500G USB drive hooked to my iconnect device and the way you can select to serve media or not secure with password or not I now have 3 ½ G storage on the network and a media device to stream media to my Sony Blue Ray player. I simply D/L media onto a laptop or desktop then transfer it over to my 1TB USB drive I use to serve media and bam, I use my blue Ray player to play my media from the 1TB USB drive straight to my Vizio Tv. The ONLY drawback I have found with the iconnect is getting to it from the internet. I haven't figured out the free DNS to get to it from the internet. Instructions are terrible for that. Otherwise, I give it 5 *****

There is no memory, this device just allows other hard drives to be put on the network.
