I use this product to store my inventory & for ease of storage & display for the events,trade shows,etc. I work. I bought it because of plastic being lightweight & waterproof. I also liked the wheels. I have mobility issues in my back, hands, knees & feet, so anything on wheels is a PLUS! Unfortunately, when I lift the product up, the wheels fall out. Also, when rolling the product around, I had one wheel crack it's holder & I could no longer use the rolling function. Maybe if you put some metal strips on the bottom & drilled the "caster holder holes" through them , then the "cracking problem would go away. You also need to have a much better "caster locking system". The shear amount of "rolling" that I need to perform due to my event schedule, does not allow for malfunctioning casters.

I use it to organize my craft supplies. I guess now I regret getting plastic delivered by "mail".

Service and delivery comments:

Prompt delivery, but somehow the product got dropped on the corner and one piece is missing, but fortunately it was in the back! It made me disappointed in Staples because usually you have been reliable with deliveries, but this time it seemed whoever delivered had been careless with my chest of drawers

I purchased these for my basement kitchen/craft room. We had shelving on the wall and it seemed stupid to purchase cabinets. I was skeptical but these have gobbled up most of what I have to hide away when I dont need it. It is stable, decor and grandchild friendly and holds more than I hoped. Rarely does anything get caught or is there a problem but because its plastic I rate it a 4 1/2. The big surprise was yesterday. I tear down this room once a year and this year I pulled everything out including the drawers. What a pleasure to sit in the garage washing down and resorting the drawers! If I had gotten cabinets, it just would not have been as easy. I have two and am going back for more. Reasonable expectations and placement makes these drawers a winner.

I made the mistake of not measuring out the dimensions before I received them. As a result, I thought I was getting more of a dresser drawer size instead of the same size available at [...] for one-third the price. [...] As it turns out, the manufacturer had glued the tops on. Not too good to say these can be stacked then glue them down. Once finally assembled, they are very useful. In the future, I would get them cheaper elsewhere.

its is what it say a file box not for file storage as another review says . great for a junk drawer or as i have it one draw for blank paper one for gadgets an top draw for misc junk it comes with wheels for easy moving in small spaces where u want or stay put. Good item a bit pricey wait till its on sale
