Was easy to set up and worked well through initial use. Occasionally, I will get poor sound quality and have people complain when I'm conference calls. This can usually be fixed by rebooting my phone. I've used other Jabra devices with my iPhone and not had this issue. It is pretty easy to inadvertently hang up on a call just by touching the ear piece (like when adjusting it in your ear), Occasionally it also does not play well with my in car BlueTooth. Seems like it has minor compatibility issues.

Audio not clear--It would break up so badly that the people I tried talking to couldn't understand anything I would say. They would only catch about every second or third word. Didn't like that the entire top cover was the on/off switch--kept cutting off calls accidentally or it would "self-dial" calls.

    The feature I like about this bluetooth headset is that I can listen to music through it. Usually you can only connect to a call through a headset, but this one has the music feature. I have recommended and have brought one for a friend as a gift. They had rave reviews about it as well.

    This headset can connect to 2 devices, and I can use it with both a Desk Phone and a Blackberry. It is easy to use and reliable. However, the fit is not great, and only one ear piece is included. Jabra's older ear pads were better, and usually 3 sizes were offered. Also, the touch to talk button is very sensative, and if you even lightly touch it, it will activate. Overall, it is very versatile, and the sound quality is very good.
