I am looking for wired headsets for a Polycom SoundPoint ip450. I ordered the Jabra Biz1920 mono and they do not connect. Our polycom phones have a phone jack set up for the headphones and the headsets i recieved do not. Can you help me? Does this GN2010 connect directly to the phone?

Our Phone has a built in amplifier so we only need the headset. The headset would need to plug directly into the phone and have a modular connection (phone line connection) Any suggestions?

The Plantronics M214C Headset (item: 649466) might work better for you, as it has a 2.5mm jack to connect direct to a Blackberry.
