I work in a car service shop and we have customers coming and going all day. Its wonderful to have individual cups to brew. The coffee is always fresh and hot. I don't have to dump cold old pots of coffee to brew a new fresh hot pot for a new customer.

The coffee pod concept works great and the regular coffees (like French Roast) taste perfect. I just hoped for better flavor in the decaf.
