I really like the product, now. I use it for 2 cell phones & at first I had trouble getting it to stay connected to both phones, but it has now been working just fine for several weeks now. It is SUPER comfortable! It is so comfortable that I almost knock it out of my ear cause I forget it is there. Great product! The battery could hold a longer charge, but I recharge it every night.

I use the Jawbone Prime for work as an outside salesman. This device sounds awesome compared to my previous hands free device. The controls on the device could be improved. I have a hard time determining weather my hands free is connected to my phone when placing calls. It is also difficult switching from each device to make calls or during calls.
