Although this unit is classified as a clock radio I am disappointed that it does not display the current time while the radio is on, and, like others have commented it does not have battery back-up to retain previous settings should you encounter a power failure. However, it is a good radio for the price and in my opinion performs as well as you can expect in all other categories.
