I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I think this is the perfect toilet paper. Not too thick, not too thin, not too rough, not too soft. JUST RIGHT! I sound like Goldilocks. But seriously, I only order this brand for the office and nobody complains. I actually wish the Cottonelle that's sold in supermarkets was the same as the professional type so I could buy it for my house, too (going to Staples for my personal toilet paper shopping seems a little excessive). We have high efficiency toilets at home and you have to be really careful how much toilet paper you use so it doesn't clog. The thinner (but not TOO thin) consistency of the Cottonelle professional would be just right. Sigh. I'm in love.

bought a brand name TP have used before thought I would get the same TP for a bulk price was very disappointed;don't know how company puts their name on the same product when they are 2 very different products;should have bought generic cheap stuff,worse than TP in public bathroom,if paid for name in my office I would've been extremely embarassed.I'm contacting company too!!!nothing high quality about it

I buy Cottonelle all the time. This brand is very poor quality and I would never purchase again. I didn't know that Cottonelle could have such differences. Very rough paper. Could have purchased the [@] or [@] brand for less and had a better quality. Wasn't happy at all.
