I still do not have mine updated after hours on end. How many hrs you ask....Over 13 already. It still wants to update to 2013 version after failing so many times I cant remember. Eventually I will get it figured out but at least its working I HOPE in the meantime. The scan took 5 hrs on a new computer (6mos)that is hardly ever used. No viruses found. I left Norton after many years due to it crashing constantly and no browser would work with it long before it crashed again. I hope this one is better once I get it up and going.

    I have been waiting for a email response now for one week. No phone number to call. No way to activate this thing, and since they sensor the words I will have to more proper. This is the stuff that comes out of your body after you have had a gigantic borito thenext morning.. Yes they are both smoking hot. My new Toshiba Thrive tablet now sits unused. I also can not uninstall ths since Toshiba decided to bundle it with the tablet.
    Do no buy this no matter how good the rebate is.

      I had been using AVG for over five years and was satisfied but when it came time to renew I now needed five licences. I read reviews through CNET on this product and was able to get all five licenses for one low price. I was a little nervous since the reviews stated there was a learning curve but it downloaded relatively easily and it already caught viruses that AVG had missed. I also like the virtual keyboard which allows us to key in our banking information with a higher level of security. We would reccomend this product.

            they have the worst customer service /follow up and the packaging is dated.
            you have to go online to download the 2013 version and it doesn't tell you exactly how to do that in the instructions nor does it give you any instructions that that's even needed. also there is no phone numbers to call to get pertinent information and the packaging was printed maybe 4 years ago.it's a shame to have such a good performing product be labeled so poorly.
