          Rice Krispies bars are the perfect treat to get me through the day! And by the way, we sell "health bars" here and they have practically the same amount of sugar and calories and fat, so I would rather eat the delicious Rice Krispies treat than the boring health bar.

            These bars are 250 calories each, which is not bad for a once-in-a-while snack. A bonus is that these are light so they're quite large (4.5" x 3.5" x 0.75"). The box we got contained fresh bars and not melted, as can happen if this type of food is stored improperly in a warehouse. Overall a good deal compared with a grocery store, just can't eat more than one / week.

            Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
