I returned this bag because it is heavy once packed. It also looked like it was coming apart at the bottom after one trip. It did fit under the airplane seat. It didn't hook onto my big bag in an easy and efficient way. I slipped its' handles over the handle of my wheeled duffel, but it kept falling sideways. It's hard to pull two bags at once. It just didn't work the way I had hoped.

I used it for one trip. It did fit under the seat on the airplane. However, it was looking worn and coming apart. Also it was heavy and had no way to attach to my rolling duffle bag. It didn't do what I expected. I need a bag to carry my laptop and just a few essentials...too big and too heavy

Is there any problem with the case tipping over toward the front or backwards? I just bought one from my company and by the time I put my folders in the front, the tote bag will not stay up straight - keeps tipping over toward the front.

  We have not been informed of any issues however if the files you are loading in the front of the bag and there is no laptop or anything else to hold it up and files are heavy there is a possibility of product tipping over, however again we have not received any issues on this product. Thanks
