      bought this one the other day thinking it was an upgrade from our other, less expensive, Keurig. wrong. the plastic smell goes in to the coffee. -and won't go away after repeated use and even cleaning. we bought ours from Keurig.com, who is giving us a hard time about returning it. but, if we'd bought it from Staples, I'm sure we'd be having no trouble getting our money back.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      This was a great upgrade for us! The Keurig has worked effortlessly for the last 2 months. The needles don't get plugged with coffee grounds like the old keurig and the water reservoir is huge! Looks great on my counter!

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          It appears that Keurig's OfficePRO Premier Single-Cup Coffee Brewing System cannot be direct-plumbed, as Keurig indicates on its website that offices requiring direct-water-line plumbed brewers should work with Keurig Authorized Distributors to find the right brewer.

          This coffee brewer is not "My K-Cup" compatible. That means it cannot use the My K-Cup filter which brews any coffee, from any source - you can only use the actual K-Cups.
