I purchase various coffee products for my single cup machine for my sister & guests, and I serve the milk choc. hot choc. to the kids. I'm a lover of fine dark chocolate, and decided to try this dark choc. hot choc. It was delicious and beyond my expectations. I will recommend this product to all my friends.

Why does it need sugar AND sucralose??

There is no indication on the package that this product contains fake sugar. We had no idea until we made our cups of hot chocolate, drank it and noticed the yukkie aftertaste. Reading the label we discovered the sucralose. I do not understand WHY this product needs both sugar and fake sugar. My lesson is to more carefully read the label before buying.

Really disappointed - Other than the coffee that came with my machine - this was the first purchase I made - I know have all of these cups and they do not taste good - I wasted money

Expected a more distinctive flavor, but a bit bland, not smooth and rich. It was easy to use but I found it best to run a cup of plain water through the brewer before making coffee.

Was very disappointed with the Dark Hot Cocoa. It was very watery tasting. Lacking richness and flavor. It needs a better quality chocolate and creamy taste of milk, not water. I threw the drink out and could not finish it.
