this product is used in the office among two people one a committed tea drinker and the other a committed cocoa drinker. Due to the nature of the office climate year round, we are drinking the cocoa and tea all of the time. we would use the machine in another office. Now we have our own and love the taste, variety and convenience.

We figured the coffees were so good the hot chocolate would be too - wrong! No matter what setting I used when 'brewing' the hot chocolate it came up either weak, watery or too sweet. We found using the single K-cup and a container of hot chocolate (we use swiss miss) you can measure out just the right amount of cocoa for your taste.

I went Staples shopping shortly after I got my new Keurig K-cup brewer. I hadn't intended to buy Hot Chocolate for the brewer, but, I had heard it made wonderful hot drinks not just coffee. So, I got a package for my grandkids since they are big Chocolate milk fans. I tried it pretty much right away and it was a total hit! The chocolate was rich and smooth and was great as a warm drink on a cold night. The grandkids begged for another cup. I have had several myself and would recommend it to anyone interested in something other than coffee for their brewer.
