This is a really good, full bodied roast that does not have the flavor of "over-roasted" beans like some of the others have. It is not officially a Dark Roast, but has a full flavor that would give Dunkin Donuts or Starbuck's a good run. One of the best flavors I have found for the Keurig; some are too heavy, and some come out like tea.

Decent. Not Full Bodied but acceptable

A brew that is definitely palatable for the average weekday consumption. However it does lack the full bodied brew that is desired for casual sipping at a slow pace like on a slow leisured weekend. The acids are apparent yet not bitter like some of the other beans in a comparable price range. The oil is also surprisingly kept to a minimum despite this lower price range. Not the kind of coffee to be served if a person were entertaining George Clooney or the late great Audrey Hepburn but definitely satisfactory to serve Jack Black or Pam Grier.

After tasting Donut Shop coffee, I love it. My husbnad loves it too. We were typical Folgers coffee drinkers until we purchased our first Keurig. We bought a Keurig K-cup sampler pack and discovered Donut Shop coffee. Remember the good ol' days with the sweet, full-bodied all-American classic, medium roast, and extra bold coffee. Well, that's Donut Shop Coffee. The best part of a donut is the coffee. Without coffee, a donut is not complete. That's the way it is with Donut Shop coffee.

The Donut Shop brand of K-cups is wonderful!!! I love the flavor, which is the perfect blend! Some K-cup brands are very, very strong, and others seem to be too weak. You will enjoy the taste this provides. Also, we have tried the Donut Shop Decaf and have found that the flavor is as amazing as the regular. There is no bitterness or after-taste. Also, I love flavored creamers...any flavor I use goes perfectly with this brand. I would highly recommend Donut Shop K-cups to anyone that uses the one-cup brewing machines!
