Comments about Kimberly-Clark® Instant Cold Pack:

I wish it lasted longer. It's ok. But it's really really cold for about a minute maybe two. Cold for about two more minutes. Kinda cold for about three more minutes. Then clammy for about three or four more and that's it.

How does this work? Do you need to refridgerate the packs prior to using?

              • CUSTOMER CARE

                A:

These are instant cold packs. Freezing or refigeration is not needed. The disposable packs are squeezed prior to use which releases the cold.
