The time for this clock is updated regularly and provided they all receive a signal, they all will show the exact same time. If one starts to show a different time, it's likely the batteries need replacing. They might not work in a thick metal building, however, one with windows or thin metal they likely will work. Likewise, radio controlled clocks located very close to a computer monitor with a scan frequency set to 60kHz can experience interference which will cause them not to pick up the correct time.
