Commenting on packing methods for shipping vs. product so hopefully the problem will be fixed for others. Received first delivery, in box just big enough to fit the DVDs and no packing material, entire spindle crushed and broken apart with disks scattered throughout box and scratched from being shifted around.

Called staples, customer service was very helpful and said they would ship out a second box. Received second box, in same small small box with no packing material and DVDs were in worse shape than the first box.

Product OK based on what I could salvage, stapes customer service very good, and packaging and shipment totally unacceptable.

I'm just about ready to crack open a new set of discs, went through the last 100 fairly quickly.
I bought these because I have always trusted the Kodak brand. I hope they live up to their reputation for un-erring quality. I also was happy with the bargain price at the time of purchase. I've had very good results with all the different brands of DVD media I've purchased from Staples in the past year. While I may not be as critical as some users I've had only a few bad discs that were completly un-usable. I've had none that were broken and the quality of the recordings were good. I have not experienced off balance discs or ones that were unreadable on different players. I hope that these will be as good.

Satisfied with product, you get what you pay for.
Not satisfied with shipping. Last 2 online orders
was a mess. Product was spilled out in box with some broken and scratched. Box was thrown around and mashed. I would suggest you find another courier.

The disc were at a great price and the shipment was fast!I had about 28 disc that were broken or scratched up, due to the packing,I think I should receive some disc to replace them, this isn't the first time I received disc damaged!
