        I was surprised to see this at such a reasonable price, less then most 50 packs, regardless the manufacturer. I have used 10 so far and no problems. I'd buy another pack if still available. Generally a cd from one company is nearly identical to another from another manufacturer, so the differant price points are often, certainly as relates to non-special type cd's, based on the percieved reputation of the manufacturer with other products. Maxell vs Sony, Kodak vs Panasonic, all vs store brand labeled cd's and that leaves the consumer looking at price.

          Kodak CD-R's have been very dependable. Staples.com packaging for shipping was poor. Damaged cakebox containers due to insufficient packaging for transit.
