I have had several printers.
The Kodak with this cartridge is the best I have ever had.

Color Ink Cartidge

We were VERY disappointed in Kodak's ink usage. The product came highly recommended but we tend to disagree and are very disallusioned with Kodak's product. The reason is the Color Ink cartridge is required for the black to work and it contains a grey cell which is drawn upon even when you only are printing in BLACK! Therefore, when the grey cell (in the COLOR cartridge) is used up the Color cartridge registers as empty tho you may have NEVER used ANY COLOR even once!!
Also, we only had the printer 2 months, not under heavy use & the printhead went bad causing us to waste a whole black cartridge trying to figure out what the problem was! A week later the whole print head stopped working totally & we could not scan, copy or print!
Now we must contact Kodak to try & return the product which we hope will not ALSO be a hassel. We have discovered the price of laser printers has gone down dramatically along with the price of the toner & have decided to go that route.
