I am seventy-seven years old and I set the printer up with no problems at all. The quality of the photos, as well as printed words is excellent, and as good and perhaps better than other printers I have used over the years. I am a genealogist, and my printers have to be multi-functional. This printer fills the bill. When my genealogy printer "died" in the middle of a Christmas project, I immediately headed to Staples. I have always found Staples staff to be cordial, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions, and there is never any pressure to buy.

The printer is very easy to set up and get started. My son has one in Florida and I have one in North Carolina. We can send notes to each others computers by email. Each printer has it's own email address and when you send an email it prints it right out. Even the attachments. The wifi we also have set up on our phones. I have an HTC and he has an Apple I phone. The price of the ink cartridges are cheap but we go though them pretty quickly with school and business papers. So the savings I don't think is that much when compared to a Lexmark or Hp. I have had both. I would still recommend this to a friend. I like that the printer can scan and convert the file to a PDF. Know if you do not use the printer for a while it can dry up the ink cartridge holder and it will need to be replaced. It is free if you contact the help center chat. It will take 3 - 8 days to deliver.

Very easy to set up. unwrap, plug in, add cartridges and let your system set it up! Pretty much Compatible with many personal computers. Color resolution is very good. Prints faster than expected. Most printers of this size have delays in output when printing but no hesitation at all. Colors are clear and concise. Black anbd white print even quicker and quality as good as can be expected. Using printer on a daily basis and ink supply in cartridge seems sufficient. Price on cartridges is also very reasonable compared to others.. Very happy .. Good product for the money !

No real problems so far.
VERY easy instillation. Nice paper feed (not cranky). Easy ink change procedure. No annoying alignment procedures. The scanner contrast & brightness need to be toned down frequently in order to get a picture that isn't washed out. I have started having trouble with printouts being shrunk so they are too small to read. And I haven't found a way to fix that. Also, if I cancel a print job, I can't resume printing without shutting down my computer & then restarting it. And how does the Wi-Fi radio work?

I like WIFI printers. This one was very easy to setup. I don't like the amount of ink it uses. I read on another review that Kodak measures its cartridge use by pages printed. I do hope that isn't correct. What a way to sell ink! It prints well, the copy section also works quite well. I don't use the FAX option at all. Again my biggest issue is the high ink usage. I was led to believe that the Kodak printers were "ink misers" and that I would save a lot of money on ink if I bought it. Does not seem to be the case. I used to always buy Epson printers, and they didn't seem to use much ink at all, and at the time their ink price was lower than many others. Of course I didn't pay a lot for this printer, so I should have known better. What irritates me the most is in sales literature is says, and I quote: "For starters it's a KODAK Printer, so you get the lowest total ink replacement cost and impressive Kodak image quality." I haven't seen any savings on ink, but the print quality is pretty good.

  The ESP-3.2 uses a twin tank system for printing, thus two separate cartridges are needed; 1 each Kodak 30 (or 30XL) Black Ink Cartridge and 1 each Kodak Color 30 or 30XL. Note: the "XL" contains a slightly larger amount of ink to yield more prints.
