This printer works great! I run a my business from home and this printer does everything I need it to do. Setup was pretty easy. Just make sure you have the printer on first then install the CD. When it asks you if your going to be using your printer thru USB cable or Wifi make sure you choose the correct option. As long as you has a Wirless router in your house or office you can choose wireless option setup to the printer. It was amazing how technology has come so far. My desktop has no wifi capabilities yet as long there is a wireless router involved I am able to print from my desktop. The only con I have with the printer is that it does print a bit slow however if you change the setting to print in draft mode you wlll save a lot of ink with your black ink and it prints superfast and great quality. Its not that much different than the "best quality" which is slower printing time. I also am able to print from my HTC Mobile Android phone. I simply access my email from my phone and forward the email to printers email. Yes you heard me right! The printer has its own email address. When you forward anything to this email address it will print out at your home or office location where the printer is at. You don't have to be in the office at all. This is great for me and I can be on the go and have my documents waiting on me when I get back to the office. This is truly a great product and for the price it was fantastic. Not to mention ink cost couldn't be better. Replacement cartridges come together with black and color. Both cartidges together only cost about $27.00. This is much cheaper than my old lexmark which cost me about $30.00 just for one cartridge. I am tryly happy with this product. as I stated before the only downside was slow printer but if you do alot of black and white printing just change your printer to print in draft mode and you are all set. Saves ink and does a really great job!

Spent 10 hours on the phone with Kodak support. Three different techs, same steps, same results...able to print "test" page and nothing else.
In the end, it became clear that it was a known Windows 7 conflict and it still couldn't be solved.
If you have too much time on your hands, this still isn't the machine for you.
Spend a little extra and get a brand you trust (I got Lexmark and am very satisfied). Good luck, I hope this helps.

Printing envelopes is cumbersome and I have experienced more jams than I would like. It takes awhile to connect to wireless but prints wirelessly from all of my systems.

If you run out of color and then just want to print black and white until you replace the color then good luck. The printer will FORCE you to buy ink. Also with other brands i would run the ink out all the way, With kodak if its low you must replace before you can use the printer again. It will NOT let you print. So i think thats [*] since the ink is probually down to 1/4..I would like to use that 1/4!!! Thank god this was a black friday deal..I will be getting another one come black friday again and it will not be Kodak!! I rather spend $200 on another brand thats how much this one sucks.

  The Kodak ESP 2170 does not have auto duplex, so printing on both sides of the paper would require flipping the page.
