I have a z1485is and the compatability charts shows that this docking station works with my camera. That is true, however, the battery that comes with the kit does not fit the camera.

I purchased this in store and wanted to let others know that it works great with the Kodak Z1285 camera. Be sure to keep your USB adapter and software from the camera, to use with this as it doesn't come with either. The software can be downloaded from the Kodak website. Yes, it only charges the battery that comes with the kit, but it's supposed to last over 1000 charges. I had a previous Kodak Easyshare camera, battery and dock that lasted well over three years. In fact, they still work, just wanted to upgrade the camera and ended up getting the dock for it.
