    I have two game cameras that uses SD cards to store the images. Plug SD cards into this Kodak reader and it automaticly opens Kodak Easyshare program and transfers all of the images onto your computer and then clears your SD card so you can reuse them. This SD reader can be plugged into your usb port directly or you can use the included USB cable to make the card reader a little more user friendly. Your can read 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 MB SD cards on this one reader. It can be left pluged into your computer or you can storge it in a draw.

    With my new computer, all of a sudden the card readers show me file numbers and not the photos. The Staples which sold me my computer seemed to care. Now that there are things still not working they have no time for me.

    If you can tell me how to have the card reader show the pictures, as my old one used to, I'd love it.

              I had 2 cameras that had USB conection problems. I also had a very good camera that had a slow downloading connection. With the additon of battery charger I purchased at staples. I now have 3 usable cameras for special events like the "Graduation" of a granddaughter. These items have not only saved me money but the stress of having equipment to catch those moments that could be lost for ever. Also, the downloading time to share them with everyone is cut in half. Thanks to your techical staff for leading me to these items.

                Can this be successfully read by a Printer that has a USB A type female-port on it?

                I want to print what's on my SD Card, by my printer has no SD Card Reader on it. - only a USB reader on it. My Printer is an HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer [item: 442507].

                For instance: Can I:
                1. plug my SD card into this reader;
                2. plug this reader into the USB port on my printer;
                3. get a reading on my printer's LCD screen of what is on my SD card;
                4. select what to print; and
                5. successfully get a print out of what's on my SD card as an end result?

                  Yes, you would plug an SD card inside the reader, then you can either upload all photos or select the ones you want to print.

              • Q:

                I have an SDHC 4GB card that shows an error when inserted into my laptop. It was suggested by the disk company to get a SDHC reader so that I don't have to copy the almost 4,000 negatives over again on a 2SD card. Do you think this reader will work? Thank you for your assistance in advance.
