I tried another brand of label software when I upgraded my computer because the local store did not carry Label Factory Delux. I threw it away and ordered Label Factory Delux from Staples online. Glad I did because I could also use the old data I had saved from an older version and didn't have to re-enter a thing. Very good experience and easy to use. I will never try another - no need to!

I purchased this program to tie label making tasks from different data bases together and to move entries around within the established files to meet my needs for creating file folder labels using the pre-cut label sheets of which I have an abundance of on hand. If it recognizes a pre-cut sheet for a specific use it cannot be changed to enter other data. I am value oriented and in this case I received what I paid for.

    I emailed Nova Development before I purchased the product to make sure it worked with Window's Vista (as most programs don't), they responded within 24 - 48 hours and sent me a patch for the software.

    I love their products and customer service.

            I was very disappointed that it lacks any templetes for Stomper brand labels. I am waiting to hear back from the Support Center to see if Stomper Label templetes are available for download
