We use these at work and they always provide the nice extra touch when anyone wants to add a quick splash of milk or cream to the coffee made in our K Cup machine. Definitely refrigerate the ones you aren't planning to put up for use. The cold makes the product last longer, taste better and keeps it cool for when you want to use. We will usually keep a small cup full of these out for office use. The rest are kept cool and the liquid stays as a liquid and tastes great each time. These do the job and work as described. Again, don't keep whole box out for months on an end. They will not keep over that long a time unless you are putting unused ones in refrigerator.

They Curdle

They curdle up quick. OIt says they do not go bad but this is not true.
We contacted the company who gave us refund.
