    I want to purchase a time clock now...
    some reviews on the Latham clocks says that the month does not automatically roll forward... Does this clock need to be reset manually every month?

      According to the manual for the Lathem 2101 Manual Time Clock the clock does NOT need to be reset every month, it will roll over.
