Here are the steps to perform a printer head test which will enable time clock printing once again. 1. Enter setup mode by pressing the - and SET at the same time. 2. Press the + or - button until display shows '4'. 3. Press the SET button when the setting is correct. You are now in print head test mode. 4. Insert a total of 4 time cards and make imprints on each. The unit has automatic daylight saving time change, and the day-of-week can be printed in English, Spanish or French. As per Lathen this prints the day of week only with military or standard hours, regular minutes or hundredths.
