I bought the most expensive time clock in the store because I wanted one that would hold up for at least a few years. It held up for one year but the clock seems to change time on it's own. Also it is very difficult to adjust the settings. It does not have a date stamp which makes it difficult at the end of a 2 week period to do payroll. Also does not have a battery back up and with rolling black outs this machine has been a nightmare. I think for a small office where you do weekly payroll this might be a good machine?

            This clock works well BUT--it has only lasted 4 years and I beleive the motor has gone...going to try to get it serviced. Of course the warranty is 1 year and I did purchase 1 additional year.
