Q: 1. Can we print out a summary sheet of each employee's clock-in and out times for a pay period? 2. Could it be programed for quarter hours worked (.25, .5, .75 hr.). If not, what does it do? 3. How does it round minutes? For example if somebody clocks out at 8 past the hour, does the system round to 8:15? 4. How does it transfer data to ADP? 5. Does it allow manager to make adjustments before transmitting to ADP? Thank you. Asked on 4/4/2012 by J from Indianapolis Know the answer? Answer this question 2 answers A: 1. Yes, you can absolutely print out a nice summary sheet of times clocked in and out for any given pay period. 2. You may program the clock to quarter hours. 3. You can determine how the clock rounds to the nearest quarter hour, if that is what you would like to do. 4. You need to upload files to transfer to ADP. 5.
