    I created a mobile computor work station with your 600 amp inverter, which created 110 volts with a 12 volt deep cycle optima gell battery, which gives me 4 to 5 hours of reliable power source. This inverter works perfectly with the cooling properties built into it. We needed to have a 24 inch montitor screen, CPU tower, and printer with wireless capabilities, without voltage spikes, and it works perfectly.

      • A:

        No, it will not power a hair dryer unless you are planning to use just tho cool cycle on it. A hair dryer will typically take between 1,000 and 1,650 watts and this unit will only do 500 watts continuously. Just take a look at how many watts your hair dryer takes, if it doesn't say how many watts then find how many amps it takes and multiply that by 110 Volts (Example: 13 amps x 110 volts = 1,430 watts) and that will tell you how many watts your hair dryer takes. The same information will apply for your flat iron.
