The cost of a replacement battery was way more than what was offered here at Staples. In the past, I had ordered from [@] and when I received the battery, it didn't work at all. This one was perfect for my laptop.

This battery has served me well so far. I have only had it a week. It is less expensive than getting a replacement from Dell. Plus, the Dell battery did not have good reviews. In my opinion, so far so good.
