I've never purchased a "refurb" monitor before and was a little skeptical. This unit is perfect in every way. It's not a widescreen (which I don't care for) and the image area is 12" high by 15" wide with a 19" diagonal spread. Great value. I'll buy another one in a heartbeat when necessary.

It looks like it was just taken off someones desk, put in a box with some padding and then shipped. It looked like the only thing done was to try to wipe the dust off and not done very well at that. There even was a rather large booger on the screen. No manual or instructions. It did have the power cord and cable. Should be sold as used, not refurbished.

I ordered this because it was supposed to be a 4:3 contrast ratio monitor, of which it had good reviews on here. I received an LwD194 widescreen monitor. At least it was easy to get my money back by going to the local Staples.
